Every Movie Trailer that Played During the Big Game

What happened?

As usual, during the USAs big, dumb football that happens every year, the main event is really the half time show, commercials and movie trailers that are played during the broadcast. Adn this year 12 big movies released commercials during the game so I thought I'd list them all here for easy viewing! (And I'll update with YouTube links once they are released online.

We got trailers for:

  • Scream IV

  • 65

  • Cocaine Bear

  • Transformers: Rise of the Beasts

  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

  • Fast X

  • Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

  • The Flash

  • Dungeons and Dragons (TV spot)

  • Creed III

  • Air: Courting a Legend

  • Strays

The ones I'm most looking forward to are Scream IV, 65 and Indiana Jones. The de-aging of Harrison Ford looks pretty impressive and Scream 5 was pretty good, so I'm keen to see where they take it. And a new big dinosaur movie has been a long time coming so I can't wait to see that one.

I've been saying it for a long time, but I'm pretty over superhero movies, so while The Flash has a bunch of nostalgia-bait with Michael Keaton's Batmn reappearing, I just can't get excited for it.

And while I can't tell if it played during the actual big game, there's a new Super Mario Bros trailer and I'm very much hyped for that one. I love the references to Smash Brothers and Mario Kart and it looks fun and epic and Chris Pratt's voice is growing on me. So I'm really looking forward to it - I just really hope the Toads don't get the minions treatment and become one-note joke characters like they are. Cautiously optimistic.

I'll try and post reviews/mini reviews or comments about some of these upcoming movies. I may not see them all but I'm definitely going to Creed III, Cocaine Bear and another movie called Champions starring Woody Harrelson in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed they are good!

Check out the trailers for the above movies below and talk to you later!
